Return & Refund:
- Change to 30 days from receiving items
- The diamond is returned in its original condition, without damage, alteration, re-polishing, re-cutting, or treatment
- The original laboratory certificate (if applicable) is returned together with the diamond
- The diamond has not been mounted, reset, engraved, or modified in any way
- The diamond passes our internal verification and inspection process
- Failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in rejection of the return
Non Refundable:
- Custom-cut or specially ordered diamonds
- Diamonds altered or modified at the customer’s request
- Mounted jewelry or diamonds that have been set after delivery
- Diamonds returned without original certification or with mismatched documentation
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering
Verification & Inspection:
All returned diamonds undergo a strict gemological verification process, including but not limited to:
- Weight, measurements, and identification checks
- Comparison against original records and certification
- Integrity and condition assessment
S E A Diamonds reserves the right to reject any return that fails verification.
Refund Method & Processing:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
- Refunds are processed after successful inspection and approval
- Processing time may take up to 5 business days from approval
- Bank charges, transaction fees, customs duties, and shipping costs are non-refundable
- S E A Diamonds may apply handling, verification, or restocking charges depending on the nature of the return
Exchanges:
- Approved items may be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value
- Any price difference must be settled before dispatch of the replacement item
- Exchange items are subject to availability
Shipping & Risk:
- Return shipping must be arranged by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing
- The customer bears all risks and costs until the item is safely received and accepted by S E A Diamonds
- We strongly recommend fully insured and trackable shipping for all returns
Right to Refuse:
- Fraud or misrepresentation
- Policy abuse or repeated returns
- Regulatory, customs, or compliance concerns
Governing Law:
This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
